Thank you again for the excellent MBTI workshop. The DC/HR team gained insights into not only their own preferences, but also how we combine as a group. The active sessions were particularly effective in illustrating our complexity/diversity. We also appreciate your flexibility in managing to get us outside in the sunshine for a while!
The practical session on "problem solving a team issue" was especially valuable. The tool used enabled us to take a disciplined approach to analysing what is a very thorny issue for us. The outcome has given a fresh focus the arguments that we need to put forward, and will help me in finalising the proposals that I must put to the Director/senior management colleagues.
