Teams use our Workshops to explore their interactions and abilities to work together as well as reaching agreement on their strategies, aims and objectives. The opportunity to have a day away from the workplace devoting time to these issues can reap great rewards by enhancing team-working and thus improving output, customer service, focus and overall organisational effectiveness.
We provide focused single-sibject 'bite size' sessions that are very accessible and stimulate personal learning and development: for example, Implications of Organisational Culture - Understanding Emotional Intelligence - Making Meetings Work - Developing Menotoring Skills - Principles of Motivation at Work - Approaches to Problem Solving - Introduction to Strategic Planning.
Our approach is tailored to the need and situation and may use a range of tools, processes and interventions to raise self-awareness and understanding and develop key knowledge, skills and behaviours. We put an emphasis on practical and sustained improvement and have experience at aligning our approach with Accreditation Award Bodies and Competence Frameworks and concepts relating to Emotional Intelligence.
We are also very experienced at working with individuals on improving their leadership via focussed coaching supported by psychometric data and 360 feedback.
Our role is to provide a framework of challenge and support for an individual to effectively embrace their own personal resources to identify and achieve real outcomes.
